Thrivewash offers scheduled morning walk and activity group services. This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for paid bookings.
1. Scope
Applies to individual circle fees, monthly passes, and private group bookings confirmed in writing by our desk.
2. Cancellation by participant
- More than seventy-two hours before the first session: full refund of prepaid fees minus payment processor costs not exceeding five percent.
- Between seventy-two and twenty-four hours: credit toward another circle within sixty days.
- Less than twenty-four hours: no refund; one courtesy reschedule per season if you notify us by phone before start time.
3. Cancellation by us
If we cancel due to severe weather or host unavailability, you may choose a full refund or automatic transfer to the next equivalent session.
4. Monthly passes
Unused sessions after thirty days may be paused once for up to fourteen days. Early termination refunds are prorated for unused whole weeks only.
5. Private group bookings
Deposits are refundable until fourteen days before the event date. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit but may rebook within ninety days subject to availability.
6. How to request a refund
Email helpdesk@thrivewash.world with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method.
7. Florida consumers
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under Florida law. For billing disputes, contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
8. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, we may pause future bookings until the dispute is resolved.
